5 Habits of Lean People

As a Scottsdale personal trainer, I know that in order to have a lean, toned body it takes hard work! Lean people don’t magically acquire their 6 pack abs, sculpted shoulders, or chiseled legs. It comes with devotion and discipline in the gym and in the kitchen.
