COMPOUND MOVEMENTS

As a Scottsdale personal trainer I must make my one hour sessions really count for my clients. I don’t have time to dissect the body into several pieces and work each muscle group one at a time. I want my sessions to be jammed packed with total body exercises for maximum results.

As a Scottsdale personal trainer, I love to incorporate compound movements in to my routines to work as many muscles as possible per exercise. A compound movement is simply an exercise that requires two or more joints to be active; therefore forcing many muscles to become involved. The more the merrier!
