LEGS GO!

So, we all dread working out our legs, right? Even I, as a Scottsdale personal trainer, can hate it too believe it or not. Stop and think why for a second. Could it be because working your legs creates a HUGE burn, LOTS of pain and TONS of sweat. Sounds to me like the kind of workout that gives BIG results.

Plus, as a Scottsdale personal trainer, I know how important shorts are in 100+ degree weather. Let’s get some nice legs to go with those shorts! ;)

Legs are easily the most important part of the body to work! I know, I know… working the “core” is all the rage right now. I understand of its importance, but it’s time to take legs off the back burner and discover why we NEED to give them more attention. Lets man up and turn up the heat on our legs.

Fire up those legs with lunges!
