SLEEP MORE,WEIGH LESS

Having clients who need their personal training sessions at 5am have truly taught me the importance of sleep! Nothing is LESS inspiring than a Scottsdale personal trainer yawning through the session, right? Sleep seems to be so under-rated in the modern world… as if it is gets in the way or is a waste of time. It bugs me when people boast about how little sleep they need. People who say, “Ah man, I was out all night, and only got 4 hours of sleep, but I’m totally fine.” Of course they say this as they throw down their fourth cup of coffee or pop open a Red Bull. Why is it cool to brag about how you “only a need a couple hours?” I guess I am so not cool because I, like a baby, need 8 to 9 hours a night.
