Hey guys, I am excited to show you the new move of the week!

Do you want a strong, shapely, and toned butt? YES! Duh! Even guys don’t want a flat booty.

Good news…The move I am going to show you is a natural butt lift. No need to go under the knife to get that Kim K booty ( well maybe you don’t want that much booty ), but this exercise is sure to lift, tone, and enhance your rear end.

I call it Walking Dead Lifts. Sounds menacing enough, right?

Not only will this exercise work your butt, but also your hamstrings (back side of the upper legs). In addition, your balance and stability will be challenged. Don’t beat yourself up if you stumble a bit as you learn this move. You will master the balance portion of it in no time.

When you do the exercise, be sure to press your planted heel into the ground and relax your toes as much as possible. The more weight you can put into your heel the better. Don’t forget to switch sides. Go for 15- 20 reps on each leading leg.

To make this harder add weight in each hand. 5- 10 pounds in each hand should be enough to get an extra scrumptious burn, but of course listen to your body and do more or less as needed.

Work that tush !

Click below to watch a video and learn to do Walking Dead Lifts on your own:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rlk0HtbSid8&feature=g-upl&context=G2a11faaAUAAAAAAAAAA
