Personal Trainer Pressure

The PF Changs Half and Full Marathon 2011 is just days away and the anticipation is growing and growing. People come from all over to this giant event and I am STOKED to be a part of the madness. I have the head knowledge for sports specific training but that certainly does not mean I can play and excel at all sports.

Clearly, I am getting something off my chest. Haha. Continue reading “Personal Trainer Pressure” »
