As a Scottsdale personal trainer, I have had an incredible past couple days in the gym. Busy as hell, but yet, so fufilling!

As a Scottsdale personal trainer, I have the privilege and honor of helping people reach their fitness goals. I get to inspire, coach, and praise my clients as they press on towards their journey for health. And lately, I have had some eye-opening moments, that remind me of how satisfying and gratifying my job is.

Literally, on my drive home today, with the windows down and the sun shine pouring in… I realize how lucky I am to do what I love. I get to share my passion and gifts with people who come to me for help. Days like these make me slow down and think, ‘Wow, i have got the coolest job’!

I am MORE than just a Scottsdale personal trainer. I am my clients’ friend, confidant, and biggest cheerleader. I reflect on how often I get to see my clients. From 2 up to 4 times a week for one hour sessions. WOAH! That is practically more often than I see my friends and family. Yet, I stop and realize… wait, my clients ARE a part of my friend and family group too.

As a Scottsdale personal trainer, I am so blessed and honored to walk along side my clients on this intimate, exciting and some times tough journey towards wellness. Week in and week out, my clients continue to come through my gym doors, and give me all their guts and glory. I have seen them in their frailties and I see them in their strength. I have watched them fall, fail, get up,overcome and be champions in their own right.

As a Scottsdale personal trainer who has been in the industry for a long time now, I am AMAZED to see what has grown from years spent investing in people and their quest for health. It is SO absolutely freaking awarding!

I had a “moment” today. A calm. ‘This is it,’ I said out loud to myself! I am where I am suppose to be right now. I am changing lives. And in return, these lives are changing me. I am embraced by an attitude of gratitude!

Thank you my clients, my friends, and family for trusting me and choosing me to partner with you on this beautiful, bumpy ride of life.
