When is the last time you worked out? Now think… when was the last time before that? Think again…When was the third to last time you worked out?

Hopefully your last three “working outs” or anything intentionally physical have been in the last 7 days. If not, this blog is for YOU!

We all have our “reasons” of why we don’t make it to the gym or work out enough. Trust me, as a Scottsdale personal trainer, I have heard them all.
