			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy Fourth of July weekend everyone! I am SO pleased to say that I took the day off tomorrow. Working for yourself and having the ability to make your own schedule has its pros and cons. The pros are obvious, but a con I experience is thatÂ I can some times over- work myself. But not this Fourth of July holiday! =)</p><p>I decided to &#8220;liberate&#8221; myself this fourth of July holiday and give myself the whole three day weekend off! It has been magical thus far. Movies with family, dinner and drinks with friends, and an adventurous day out on Lake Pleasant. I want to leave you with a simple encouragement.<span id="more-807"></span></p><p>Think of something that you have wanted to &#8220;liberate&#8221; yourself from or break free from.</p><p>For me, I have been learning to give up things that I have no control over. I have been consciously working on loosening my grip on things that I can not change. This could take an entire life time to truly master, but I already feel more free by just putting it to practice in applicable areas of my life.</p><p>What about you? Have you carried any unnecessary stress/anxiety/worry? Is something hounding at your heels, collecting dust in your thoughts, or clouding your heart lately?</p><p>Separate the things that are worth fighting for from the things that can be relinquished. I know this seems vague and maybe too much to digest all at once. But make it simple, manageable and realistic.</p><p>Pause a moment. Think.</p><p>Now resolve to liberate yourself from that dead weight. Shed that unhealthy excess. Strip the fat.</p><p>Step towards a more FREE YOU!</p><p>Here is a toast and a prayer to your personal INDEPENDENCE from __________!!!!!</p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></content:encoded>
