			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been so extra busy with Scottsdale personal training lately. Can you guess why?</p><p>That&#8217;s correct! New Year Resolutions!</p><p>Scottsdale personal trainers get slammed in January and February. People burst through those gym doors with so much motivation and fire in their eyes for change and RESULTS! But unfortunately, as you all probably know, the hype and &#8220;zeal&#8221; can burn out quickly if you do notÂ &#8220;fan the flame&#8221;.</p><p>Have you lost your vigor or focus for your fitness goals? <span id="more-80"></span></p><p>If yes is your answer, thats okay, because you CAN get it back.</p><p>IT&#8221;S NOT TOO LATE!!!!</p><p>First off, forgive yourself and allow yourself the opportunity to try again. You can not let temporary mess-ups, become permanent roadblocks. SO much of working out is mental and as a Scottsdale personal trainer, I want to encourage everyone out there that YOU CAN DO IT!</p><p>Don&#8217;t give up, because as a seasoned Scottsdale personal trainer, I know that this is about the time when people start to slack in their fitness goals and give up on their New Year resolutions.</p><p>Get back in the saddle and stay faithful to your New Year resolution!</p><p>Remind yourself of why you wanted to change. Put up encouraging quotes or pictures around your house. Vocalize how you feel to friends and family.
