Fat Loss Foods

Often times people claim they eat healthy, yet somehow America is 2/3 overweight. How does this add up? It doesn’t. Many people are mislead and confused about what healthy eating actually looks like.

I could take this conversation a million different ways, but I want to keep it simple. Seeing as how we are a predominately overweight nation, I want to focus specifically on fat loss foods today. Below I compiled a list of healthy foods that specifically help to burn fat.

Two major characteristic about fat loss foods is 1) they should have more protein and fiber relative to sugar/carbohydrate and 2) they should be higher in water content than sugar content.
