I get asked a lot by clients what I eat for breakfast! I am always more than eager to share! I LOVE my breakfast!

Ezekiel Bread with Trader Joes Unsalted, Organic Peanut Butter

I have this for breakfast practically every single day. And why shouldn’t I?

Ezekiel is an all natural, certified organic, flour-less bread with ZERO preservatives!

Check out the stats for a single, sexy sliceĀ

80 calories

4 grams of protein

3 grams of fibers

75 mg of sodium

15 grams of carbs

0 sugars

80 mg potassium

Not to mention it is packed with vitamins and minerals as well.

Check YOUR bread for its nutrition facts!

How much protein does it have? Salt?(sodium) High Fructose Corn Syrup?

If you are using lousy, nutrition- void bread for toast in the morning or for your sandwich at lunch, I’d say it’s time to do yourself a favor and make the switch!

GO EZEKIEL bread!

Because bread is a staple food in so many people’s daily lives, you want to be sure you are eating bread that will satisfy and fuel you.

I can not OVER recommend Ezekiel bread. Trader Joes is the place to get it the cheapest. They haveĀ kinds like sesame and cinnamon raisin. I like mine slighty toasted.

The peanut butter I use is from Trader Joes and it is also organic. I get the unsalted, crunchy kind and it is DELICIOUS! It is literally just crushed peanuts! No preservatives!

One serving (2 TBSP) has 9 grams of protein. 0 sodium. 2 grams of fiber. 2grams of sugar. 15 grams of healthy fat, such as cholesterol-regulating monounsaturated fats, which serves to keep me full longer =)

Do be sure to measure out your serving because it is dense in calories.(200 cals per 2 TBSP) It can be easy to over-do it if you aren’t aware of what a serving looks like.

Almond butter is SUPER healthy too but personally I do not like the taste that much and it can be expensive. But if it’s your thing ROCK ON, because it’s good for you!

It’s silly, butĀ after a nice long sleep, I wake up looking forward to eating my breakfast. I genuinely get excited for it. It is so warm and yummy! Plus, I know that it good for my body and that it will keep me full and satisfied so I can focus on my morning tasks!

GOOD MORNING!
