Satisfy your sweet tooth: Fruit and Floats

As a Scottsdale personal trainer , when I crave something sweet, not only do I want it to be delicious but I want it to be healthy as well. Too often people grab a candy bar or a sugar enhanced beverage to cure their sweet tooth. These type of things have no nutritional content and will only temporarily satisfy you. Instead, reach for something that is naturally sweet, like fruits. Fruits have no sugar added. In the above picture I simply combined fresh strawberries and blueberries and threw them in a cup of fat free cool whip. I paired them with some sweet and tart green grapes to add some zest and fun. All of this together equals only 200 calories and you get LOADS of vitamins and anti-oxidants as well.
